The Wally G. Shidler collection of Southern California ephemera consists of pamphlets, maps, postcards, theater programs, city directories, electric railway time tables, and transit passes from the Los Angeles City, County, and adjacent areas collected by former motion picture engineer, Wally G. Shidler. Pacific Electric and Los Angeles Railway materials as well as theater programs from most of the major theaters in the Los Angeles area comprise a significant portion of the collection.

This small collection holds the correspondence, address lists, and questionnaires of USC alumnae, collected in 1947 and 1948 for the USC Alumni Magazine. Information on the USC alumnnae goes back to 1924. The questionnaires cover topics such as name, address, spouse and children, fraternities or sororities, current profession, honors awarded, hobbies, etc. Folders are arranged chronologically.
