Abstract A collection of eight photographic prints of Los Angeles, CA taken between 1906 and 1907. Seven of the photographs are dated January 1, 1906. The 1906 photographs show the Port of Los Angeles in the San Pedro Bay. The eigth photograph is dated July 1907 and shows the Santa Monica bluffs looking toward Ocean Park. Julie A. Potvin was a founder of Puerto Rico's first gay and lesbian rights organization in 1972. The bulk of the collection documents Potvin's gay activism in Los Angeles and Puerto Rico.
