The collection consists of manuscripts, drafts of sermons, church and personal correspondence and photographs of Dr. Thomas Kilgore, Jr., pastor of the Second Baptist Church of Los Angeles from 1963-1985 and a noted civil rights and civic leader. A subsequent accrual to the original collection includes a large number of plaques and awards, as well as audiovisual materials and ephemera.

Los Angeles Women's March collection
The collection consists of posters, flyers, pussy hats and other ephemera collected by librarians in USC Libraries Special Collections in the aftermath of the Los Angeles Women's March of January 21, 2017 and at the Women's March of January 20, 2018. The collection also includes a few items created for the Women's March on Washington.

Mayehoff was in a number of Broadway plays and films, including "That's My Boy" (1951), "Off Limits" (1952), and "How to Murder Your Wife" (1965).
