Scope and Contents
The records, 1946-1994, consist of text and image submissions, publication mock-ups, and pre-press printing blocks used by the editorial staff in producing the serial publications of ONE Inc. from 1953 to 1994.

Biographical / Historical
The bulk of the alphabetically organized files of editorial correspondence and editorial images ends in 1965. This corresponds to a split in the organization in 1965 when Don Slater led a breakaway group from ONE Inc. and relocated editorial files to another office. Although much of these files were later returned, the original office of ONE Inc. may have implemented another set of editorial files such as the post-1965 files arranged by content, i.e. clippings, poetry, stories, etc.. Although post-1965 records are included in the pre-1965 set and vice-versa, whether this integration occurred at the time or at some later day is unknown.
