Reuben Nakian, 1986-1999

Reuben Nakian was an Armenian-American sculptor who frequently employed themes from Greek and Roman mythology. He was considered one of the finest abstract expressionists of the 20th century. Included are numerous newspaper clippings and a printed article on the artist as well as ads for Nakian's posthumous exhibitions. There are also several photos of his sculptures.

Missak Terzian was forced to leave his native Lebanon due to civil war and settled in southern California, where he has continued his career as an oil painter and colorist. Missak's work is part of many private collections in Lebanon, Spain, Belgium, and France. He wishes to move to Canada and exhibit in Montreal. Included are Samuelian's articles on Terzian, as well as photos of the artist and his work.
