It is the smallest series and contains information pertaining to PBS production cost principles and procedures, interviewees release forms, American Films Festival entrance forms, copyright law procedures, IRS tax status forms, insurance certificates, permission to use images/materials/interviews, and the book's contract.

Scope and Content The advertisement series is arranged alphabetically by folder title. In order to find people willing to participate in the project, USC advertised in newspapers across the country looking for people willing to share their WWII experiences, as well as, their home movies and photographic images from the time period.
