The book proposal is for "River without Banks" also known as "A Battling for Rome." Attached to the proposal is a rejection letter found with it from Morrow and Company Publishing. "Blau Donau" is a translation to German from Aimee Stuart's comedy "Jeannie." There are some handwritten edits, with some passages marked out as part of the editing process.
