Scope and Contents
5 loose photos, and a mailing envelope from Olavee Martin (wife of actor Ross Martin) containing 12 photographs showing the filming of LEGENDS IN LIGHT documentary about the career of George Hurrell. Produced by Grier Clark, and directed by Carl Colby, whose father, William Colby, was then director of the CIA. Collector Lou D'Elia was asked by George Hurrell to appear 'on camera' in the documentary, and also supplied from his collection most of the vintage Hurrell photography featured in the documentary.
