Herbert G. Klein personal material ephemera, realia, and graphic materials subseries contains ephemera, printed ephemera, textiles, posters, lithographs, certificates, and realia, 15th-17th centuries, 1964-2007, and undated, collected by Herbert G. Klein over the course of his personal and professional lives. Of particular note are the campaign ephemera collected by Klein during the 1960s; various certificates and diplomas (including the Doctor of Humane letters diploma awarded to Klein by USC); printed ephemera from Ronald Reagan's 1967 gubernatorial inauguration; realia from Klein's desk and office (letter openers, desk sets, novelty sculpture, etc.); political cartoons and caricatures inscribed to Klein; and the California Legislative Assembly resolution honoring Klein; and 15th-17th century manuscript leaves and facsimiles.
