The Making it Perfectly Clear manuscript/typescript sub-subseries contains typescripts, galley proofs, notes, and photographs, 1950s-1960s, 1979-1980 (bulk circa 1979), created by Herbert G. Klein and his editors at Doubleday for publication of his book. Included are multiple copies of the book's chapters, some with notations, editorial comments on the manuscript, and unedited proofs.
