Richard Nixon's presidency photographs and films subseries consists of photographs (both black-and-white and color) and motion pictures, 1960s-1970s, collected by Herbert G. Klein, documenting Nixon and the Nixon administration and its activities, including the 1970 and 1972 elections. Included are both official White House photographs, the majority of which were taken by White House photographer Ollie Atkins, and photographs taken by other, and anonymous, photographers. In addition to many images of Nixon, the subseries includes official and unofficial photographs of Klein, many taken in his office in the Executive Office Building and in the Oval Office, others taken at public appearances; photographs of Nixon's family; photograph albums documenting Nixon's first days in the White House, the Nixon family, foreign dignitaries, and the White House; and images of many members of the Nixon administration, including Ron Ziegler, George Romney, and Spiro Agnew. Many of the photographs were taken at Camp David.
