Walter Alonzo Bayley papers
Dr. Walter Alonzo Bayley's USC School of Medicine diploma (Class of 1905), California Board of Medical Examiners certificate, and letter and certificate signed by Rufus B. vonKleinsmid acknowledging Dr. Bayley's role in reestablishing the School of Medicine. Bayley (1880-1948) was identified in 2003 by Los Angeles Times reporter Larry Harnisch as a possible suspect in the infamous Black Dahlia case.
