Abstract The collection consists of display samples of Latino, Chicano, lowrider and gangbanger t-shirt designs, decals, patches, and cards from the 1980s to the 1990s. Abstract The William Yee films of Watts and East Los Angeles consist of four 16mm films and one U-matic videotape of neighborhood footage of Watts and East Los Angeles, recorded by Dr. William Yee in the 1960s and 1970s.
