Abstract

The University of Southern California Dames is a chapter of The National Association of University Dames. The USC chapter was formed for the wives of graduate students in 1934 with the help of Dr. Mary Sinclair Crawford, then the Dean of Women. Included in this small collection is a copy of the USC chapter's Constitution and By-Laws, information about the history of the Dames, and an official Executive Board gavel inscribed 1961-'62.

Abstract USCaleidoscope was an annual all-university open house begun in 1969 and consisted of tours, demonstrations, exhibits, lectures, performances, luncheons, and award ceremonies throught USC's schools and including both the University Park campus as well as the Medical School.
