Abstract Center for Health Justice (CHJ) is a community-based organization located in downtown Los Angeles that serves people impacted by incarceration. CHJ provides a variety of programs to currently and formerly incarcerated youth and adults in Los Angeles County. Manners was the owner and operator of the home-based gay and lesbian mail order catalog Books Bohemian (Pasadena, California) from 1977 to 2004.
