Photographs, correspondence, and other materials relating to the life and family of Bruce Bradbury (1923-1992). The documents include family correspondence, photographs, and 8-mm home movies. Other photographs, correspondence, and materials document Bradbury's service in the United States Merchant Marine, his creative writing (including a typescript of his novel Who Are You, Billy Bingleman?), and his interest in motorcycles and tattoos.
The collection comprises prints of photographs by gay photographer and artist Andrew J. Epstein. The majority of the materials, including photographs and text panels, were part of the 2009 exhibition "Queer Culture: The Photographs of A.J. Epstein." The photographs document LGBT communities in Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, 1968-2009.
