Overview Won Tai Sohn was a Korean American physician specializing in pathology and close friend of North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Il Sung. This small collection comprises primarily printed materials created and collected by Sohn, including articles, clippings, and drafts of his memoirs regarding his relationship with Sung. It also contains photograph and certificates, and personal papers and ephemera in the form of correspondence, notebooks, resumes, cards, travel documents, parchment, and a nameplate.
