The prints depict images of writers, and actors and actresses, many in costume, including David Garrick, Mrs. Jordan, Charles Bannister, Mrs. Woffington, Mrs. Oldfield, Nancy Dawson, Mrs. Clive, Nell Gwynn, Sarah Siddons, Richard Burbadge, and Samuel Johnson; London theaters, including the Globe and the Drury Lane; and scenes from plays.
