Merritt, founder of Californians for Preservation Action and its successor organization, California Preservation Foundation (CPF). The collection contains postcards, pamphlets, magazines, produce crate labels, prints, comic books, illustrations, and countercultural political materials created between 1899 and 2005, with the bulk of the collection spanning from 1910 to 1970.
