Ermanno J. Stingo papers
The papers consist of biographical information, photographs, programs, and text of speeches and testimony documenting the life of Ermanno J. Stingo and his support of gay and lesbian rights, 1982-1995. A native of New York City, he and his partner, Boris Maysel became increasing involved in the movement. They attended the West Side Discussion group and marched in Pride parades. Stingo also testified a number of times at city hall hearings in support of gay and lesbian rights bills.

Twenty-five photographic prints, primarily portraitures, produced by photographer Daniel D. Teoli, 1973-1975 and 2014. Daniel D. Teoli, a self-taught photographer, worked to document the street life of 1970s Los Angeles and Hollywood. The images, primarily portraitures, emphasize the diversity in the population of 1970s Los Angeles. A number of images are devoted to transgender burlesque performer Barbara Lemay and depict her dressed in full costume.
Peter Thomas papers
Personal correspondence, photographs, and chainmail clothing designs of Los Angeles resident Peter Thomas, 1961-2003. The photographs include images of friends, family, and gay leather and motorcycle events. Thomas relocated to Los Angeles after being disowned by his father; he worked at the Pacific Design Center and as a professional escort. He died of complications related to AIDS on March 4, 2003.
