Los Angeles real estate scrapbook
This scrapbook contains clippings and plot maps for various real estate locations around Los Angeles including but not limited to Occidental Park, West Adams, Pico and Western, Angelus Vista, Hollywood Heights, West Ninth Street Heights, Palm Place, West Washington Street Tract, Mercantile Place, and Venice Park. Many of the plot maps are stamped to indicate sold lots. The majority of the clippings are notices of lots bought and sold and arranged by street; the clippings are dated.
Hilton H. McCabe papers
The Hilton H. McCabe papers consist of correspondence, reports, photographs, clippings, legal documents and maps documenting McCabe's judicial work with allotments, guardianships and conservatorships of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians in and around Palm Springs, California. McCabe, a graduate of USC's Law School, was appointed as a judge in the Superior Court in Indio, California in 1953, and then as an appeals court judge in San Bernardino.

The Bessie Frances Pierce diaries and journals consist of nine diaries and journals and one commonplace book of notes from religious classes spanning 1900 to 1931. Pierce authored every item in the collection except for one of the diaries, which belonged to her friend H. M. Johnson. However, Johnson's diary frequently references Pierce. The diaries document over 25 years of daily life and travels in the Eastern United States.
