Abstract

Published in Debrecen, the provisional capital of partly liberated Hungary, "Menekultek Ertesitoje" was dedicated to helping the surviving Hungarian Jews locate missing relatives. The journal was founded by three survivors of forced labor camps. This is the first issue of only two issues of the bulletin, and it contains a short editorial, list of names, and addresses and messages from individuals to family members.
