The Theodore Hsi-en Chen papers consist of administrative and faculty papers from Dr. Chen's chairing of the East Asian Studies Center and its predecessors from 1960 to 1971. Abstract
A collection of twenty signs, two buttons, flyers, and a strike handbook collected following the United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA) strike, which lasted from January 14-22, 2019. These strike materials were collected from a high school teacher at Carson High School -- a member of UTLA's Harbor Area community. Some of the signs were created and distributed by UTLA, while others were created by teachers, students, and members of other local unions.
