This subseries comprises minutes, bylaws, correspondence, membership information, financial records, flyers, press releases and other records documenting the activities of two other Veterans CARE councils in San Francisco and the Redwood Empire, in Rohnert Park, CA. Veterans CARE also attempted to organize councils in Long Beach, Sacramento and San Diego.
