This series includes budgets, financial reports, ledgers, check stubs and bank statements of the March on Washington, Inc, and other organizations affiliated with the March. According to the December 31, 1987, financial statement, income for the March was $405,891.64 and expenses were $315,811.38. The remaining funds were used to close out the operation of the March and to provide $67,000 in grants to 34 organizations (see Series 2).
