Clippings, news releases, flyers, financial reports, manuscript drafts, newsletters, event calenders, articles, correspondence, photographs, negatives, organization lists, meeting minutes, agendas, reports, and fact sheets documenting activities of the Christopher Street Liberation Day Committee in New York City, 1970-1987. The Committee organized the city's first gay pride events in 1970 to commemorate the Stonewall Riots of 1969. Many photographs of the pride parade are to be found in folders dated 1971-1973.

The Christopher Street Liberation Day Committee formed in 1970 to commemorate the first anniversary of the Stonewall Riots and organized the city's first gay pride event.
