Scope and Contents
Footage shot by a friend of Glaze. The footage features Glaze riding down the sidewalk on his decorated scooter talking to strangers on the street. They eventually arrive at the parade grounds on Ocean Avenue and speak with different individuals. Glaze speaks with Morris Kight for a while. Next, Lee rides through the parade on his scooter with other seniors; then cut to footage of Glaze and friends commenting on how the parade went. Cut to personal footage by Glaze singing to the camera in an apartment. Cut to Glaze in his apartment, naked in wheelchair scrubbing himself while wearing a santa hat. In this scene he is talking to his friend and tries on costumes. Cut to footage Glaze took at the check-in for the 32nd Christopher Street West Pride Pride Parade and Festival. He comments on different floats, pre-parade. Next he speaks with the Reverend Troy Perry. Glaze glides through the parade with finesse on his scooter. Crowd members shout; Glaze is very performative. Cut to the screen displaying the words "HAPPY HALLOWEEN." Glaze and friends prepare for "Masquerade 2002." Cut to nighttime, Halloween 2002, Glaze speaking with different volunteers for the show. Glaze touring the event and recording festivities, costumes, performances, etc. The tape ends with drag competition.
