The papers consist of biographical information, photographs, programs, and text of speeches and testimony documenting the life of Ermanno J. Stingo and his support of gay and lesbian rights, 1982-1995. The collection includes programs from Parents, Friends of Lesbians And Gays (P-FLAG), the text and transcripts of testimony provided to various committees at New York City Hall in support of gay and lesbian rights, and a signed commemorative journal documenting the passage of Intro 2, the Lesbian and Gay Right Bill.
