This series includes articles of incorporation, bylaws, minutes, reports, correspondence, voting ballots, financial and tax records, resumes, and other records, 1972-1983, from Pride Foundation's board of directors and executive committee. This series includes records documenting the Internal Revenue Services' denial of 501(c)(3) exemption status and the Foundation's subsequent protest.
