The records consist of annual, corporate, trustee, board of directors, board of governors, academic, and sundry other ad hoc meeting minutes of ONE Inc., 1953-1994. From 1953-1954 meeting minutes were labeled as corporation, regular, special, staff, or editorial; from 1955-1962 annual, corporate, or educational planning; and from 1963-1968 annual, corporation, or board of directors. A coding system was initiated in 1967 to label corporation meetings with a “c” and board of director meetings with a “b” (annual meetings were considered a subset of corporation meetings). From 1968-1973 corporation meetings were retitled as voting member meetings, but continued to be labeled with a “c." In 1974 voting member meetings were retitled as trustee meetings and the “c” coding was replaced with a “t.” Although the codings ceased in 1978, the annual, trustee, and board of director meetings minutes continued through 1993.

The advertising committee meeting minutes are represented between 1963-1964. When ONE Institute became an accredited advanced-degree program in 1981, academic council (1981, 1985, 1989, 1990, 1992) and administrative council (1982) meeting minutes appear (Note that the academic and administrative councils may be two names for the same group). The board of governors meeting minutes first appear in 1982 and seem to represent joint meetings of board members from both ONE Inc. and the Institute for the Study of Human Resources (ISHR). Note that additional minutes of joint ONE Inc. and ISHR meetings are represented throughout the later years of the records, but were not titled as Board of Governors.
