Subseries Scope and Content Summary
This subseries consists of documents relating to a study on homosexual expression within heterosexual marriages by Latham and Geoffrey D. White. Interviews were conducted with five couples in intact marriages in which the spouse was aware of the partner's homosexual orientation and where the couple regarded their marriage as functioning satisfactorily. The paper Latham and White co-authored on the study was published in the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy in 1978. This series includes the transcripts of the interviews with the five couples, data analysis information, and the paper written on the study.
