This series contains the records of General Conferences, at which general policy of the Fellowship is determined. General Conferences were originally held annually, but since 1979 they have been held biannually. The records of the General Conferences include reports by each congregation as well as by officers and departments of the Fellowship, Board of Elders meeting minutes and supporting materials, budgets, long-range plans, position papers, bylaw revisions, programs, and studies. The materials prior to 1985 are considerably more extensive than those from 1985, which are quite fragmentary. For additional Board of Elders meeting minutes, see Subseries 1.1 above.
