This subseries comprises correspondence, financial records, newspapers and other material relating to Call's career as a journalist and editor for regional newspapers in Missouri and Colorado, including Weekly Kansas City Star, Linn County News and World-Independent Newspaper in Walsenberg, Colorado. It includes correspondence with business partner, Jas H. Skewes and former lover, Jack Feiertag.
