According to the state in which they were located, Dignity chapters were assigned to one of eleven regions, each of which had its own administrative organization, including a regional House of Delegates. This series contains the records of each region. The materials for each region vary in scope and content, but include correspondence, meeting minutes, and conference records. Region newsletters, originally filed here, were removed and now form Subseries 8.2: Regional Newsletters. This series is arranged numerically by region; within each region the materials are arranged chronologically. The regions, and the states that belong to them, are as follows:
