Sub-series contains the files of the Company's main office. These files include the Company's financial records, including tax returns, budgets and contracts; files on the members of the Company's Board of Trustees, as well as minutes from the Board's meeting; files on the corporations, foundations and individuals involved with the Company's development efforts; and files on the Company's applications for grants from Los Angeles County, the city of Los Angeles and the National Endowment for the Arts.
