Clayton Dube slides of China
Scope and Contents
Collection consists of color slides from the 1984 trip to China taken by Clayton Dube. The trip was organized by the Mt. Alverno Convent in Redwood City, CA and took a group of approximately 20 people to Beijing, Shanghai, and Xian. The slides are hand labeled with descriptions by Dube.

Biographical / Historical
Clayton Dube has been the head of USC’s U.S.-China Institute since it was established in 2006 and first lived and taught in China in 1982-85. Prior to coming to USC, Dube led several UCLA Asia Institute programs. These included teacher training efforts and AsiaMedia and Asia Pacific Arts.
