Collection consists of photographs and clippings of Ethel Barrymore and other relatives in addition to a 1909 Actor’s Fund of America letter from Thomas McGrath to James Kearny about membership dues for Norman Tharp.

Biographical / Historical

Ethel Barrymore (1879-1959) was an American stage, screen, and radio actress and member of the Barrymore family of actors. Her career spanned six decades and was regarded as “The First Lady of American Theatre”.
