Scope and Contents
This collection contains film scripts, scrapbooks, and photographs related to the work of American film producer and publicity director Walter Seltzer (1914-2011), dating from 1953 to 1972. Box 1 contains scripts for thirteen films. There are four scrapbooks containing press clippings about Seltzer's career and the films he was involved with, photographs, and ephemera about the films (Boxes 2-3). There are two binders containing contact sheets of photographs, including production stills, related to the film "The War Lord" (1965) (Box 2).

Biographical / Historical
Walter Seltzer (1914-2011) was an American film producer and publicity director. He worked for companies including Hal Wallis Productions, Hecht-Lancaster Productions, Glass-Seltzer Productions, and collaborated with Marlon Brando and Charlton Heston on films.
