This series contains the vast bulk, but not all, of the correspondence contained in this collection. For example, correspondence from publishers enclosed with manuscripts of Muske-Dukes' work have been kept together under the series titled "Works by Muske-Dukes." And in certain other cases, correspondence files have been created under "Academic Files" to better document various projects that Muske-Dukes has undertaken over her lifetime.
