Scope and Content From the Series: This small series concerns Proposition A, the Safe Neighborhood Park Acts of 1992 for the acquisition of various properties and grants to non-profit organizations throughout Los Angeles County. The CCSEP was in support of the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy's efforts to apply for funding for several different projects including enhancing land along the Los Angeles River.
