Scope and Contents Bogen's manuscripts were kept with original numbering by Bogen, and as much of the original order as possible when received. Some manuscripts are numbered with a stamp, some with handwritten numbers, and some with both. There are both reprints and manuscripts, the latter often with significant handwritten corrections and revisions.
