Volume II of a report evaluating the preparedness of the LAPD to handle a major civil disturbance, and assessing the LAPD's performance in responding to the 1992 riots. In this volume, these issues are addressed in the context of nine geographic areas within the LAPD: Southeast, Hollywood, Pacific, Central, Rampart, Newton, Wilshire, West Los Angeles, and Foothill.
