An interview with Linda Bunker, Commanding Officer for the Emergency Command Control Communications System (ECCCS) Division, which is the communications arm of the LAPD. In the interview, Bunker discusses the purview of the ECCCS, as well as the role of the ECCCS in the civil disturbance.
