Site on Grand Ave described as Exhibit A was to be for a telephone central office bldg of not less than 4 levels used in connection with the existing adjacent telephone central office bldg at 434 S Grand Ave.

Included additional property described in Exhibit B and provided for the construction of a one-story alternate bldg and future construction of a multi-story parking structure to serve the telephone central office bldg nearing completion.

Provided for the construction of an 8-story addition to the previously constructed 8-story telephone office bldg and a micro-wave radio tower on the roof of the 16-story bldg. On remaining Exhibit B site parking, which is covered by temp interim parking.

Scope of development: Phase I on Parcels X1 and Y1 about 764 senior dwelling units in 3 hi-rise bldgs and multi-purpose Social Service Center of 50,000 sq ft. Phase II on Parcel X2 to have about 350 dwelling units and 400 parking spaces.
