This group of 29 awards and plaques includes a certificate from Mayor Sam Yorty (1963) in recognition of Dr. Kilgore as the newly installed pastor of the Second Baptist Church, and another from Yorty celebrating Kilgore's second anniversary at the church. Box 46 also includes a clock plaque honoring Dr. Kilgore as part of the Ebonics Support Group.
