The bulk of this series is material pertaining to Warren Bennis' Festschrift, a gala dinner in his honor. Materials reflect the arrangement of award ceremony planning. The materials also include Festschrift Invitations, correspondence (pre and post event), photographs, program booklets and articles. Materials also included are ephemera, including plaques and honorary degree certificates. There is overlap with the Audio/Visual series.

The Audio Visual series consists of DVDs, VHS tapes, audiocasette tapes, and U-matic tapes. These items contain interviews conducted by Bennis, interviews with Bennis, recorded material on leadership, recordings of the Festschrift, appearances and speeches by Bennis, and copies of commercial recordings. The Interviews by Warren Bennis series consists of published and unpublished interviews conducted by Bennis. The bulk of this series is comprised of a set of interviews that both Bennis and Robert J. Thomas conducted, as research for a book they co-authored, entitled Geeks and Geezers. The corresponding video interviews for can be found in the Audio/Visual series, along with other video interviews conducted by Bennis.
