Holiday and other cards of thanks or congratulations. Personal and greeting cards, primarily from family. Also includes photographs. Not included are cards sent by those for whom a correspondence file has been separately compiled.

This series contains the vast bulk, but not all, of the correspondence contained in this collection. For example, correspondence from publishers enclosed with manuscripts of Muske-Dukes' work have been kept together under the series titled "Works by Muske-Dukes." And in certain other cases, correspondence files have been created under "Academic Files" to better document various projects that Muske-Dukes has undertaken over her lifetime.
