This subseries contains information on bills originating in the House of Representatives (H.R.) and in the Senate (S.), information on resolutions of the House (H.Res.) and the Senate (S.Res.), information on joint resolutions of the House (H.J. Res.) and of the Senate (S.J. Res.), and information on concurrent resolutions of the House (H.Con. Res.) and of the Senate (S.Con. Res.). These files are arranged chronologically from 1957-1976.

The subseries contains information about voting in Congress, Bell’s voting record, the voting record of Congress, roll call votes in the House of Representatives, voting results, statements of vote, and records of voting analysis. The materials are separated into categories and arranged chronologically.

Included in the series are photographs and slides arranged alphabetically by folder title, including pictures of Alphonzo Bell with other individuals, scenic shots of California and its parks, slides of Abraham Lincoln and his family, slides depicting historical landmarks from Washington, D.C. and other areas, slides showing scientific and aeronautic information, and pictures from Alphonzo Bell’s travels.
