This small box of postcards contains mainly circus-related cards, some addressed and some unaddressed. There are also 26 postcards, grouped together in one envelope the way that Ralph Rodgers kept them, of European images such as locations in France, Austria, Germany, etc. These cards were sent from clown Jake Posey to his wife between 1900 and 1908 when he was traveling with the Barnum & Bailey circus and they were both in Europe.
