Scope and Contents

This one-item collection consists of a bound series of thirteen real estate lessons from the University of Southern California Correspondence Study Department. The lessons vary in length from 15 pages to over 60, and cover such topics as liens and encumbrances, business and industrial property, farm property, etc. Many of the lessons were written by George A. Schneider, a frequent lecturer in real estate at the time-- at the USC as well as other venues in the Los Angeles area.
